CATEGORY TYPES
For our purposes we have identified six primary types: Relatables, Persuaders, Thinkers, Leaders, Chameleons and Dealers. There are sub categories within each group.
Persuaders
Persuaders are people that are individual influencers. Their superpower is being able to listen to others, finding out what is truly important to them and then pair that desire with an appropriate option. They are typically one on one types where they can focus on an individual and pick up ques. The biggest differentiator between a leader and a persuader is in those that they influence. Groups are in the wheelhouse of leaders while persuaders are most comfortable in solo situations. Persuaders tend to be very opinionated. They absorb information and see the practical uses for that information. Their ability is to understand someone’s needs or desires and then to tap into available resources to find a good solution. With this skill set they can be excellent sales people and counselors however without a good moral code they could easily become conmen or hustlers.

Leaders
Leaders are people that are group influencers. Their superpower is being able to inspire others usually verbally however often by their actions. They have the ability to read a room finding out what is truly important to the group and then inspire others to follow their lead. They are typically not one on one types but can when necessary. The biggest differentiator between a leader and a persuader is those they influence. Groups are in the wheelhouse of leaders while persuaders are most comfortable in solo situations. They tend to be dynamic and comfortable in front of an audience. Style and charisma is more in their skill set rather than just spouting facts and figures. At their best they are loved and admired. At their worst they can be very polarizing since they often present and connect in an emotional way.

TaskMaster
TaskMasters are more self contained than the other types. They prefer to be given an assignment and then be allowed to complete that project using their own set of skills. They would enjoy the opportunity to figure things out on their own creating their own systems and working alone however they can handle small groups if necessary. They are best suited to projects, they can be in a management position however within smaller situations.

Chameleons
Chameleons are often ideal employees due the fact they can fit in anywhere. Their talents and disposition allow them to acclimate to whatever is necessary. They tend to learn quickly and are usually capable in many areas with a desire for variety in their daily activities. Multitasking is common as they can often do more than what is asked of them. Adaptability is often used to describe chameleons and the best part is that they do it with little resistance or objection. They can get bored so make sure you give them challenges.

General employment
Medical
Thinkers
Thinkers like dealing in knowledge : acquiring it and spreading it around. They tend to be more factually based with opinions normally based in facts and research. At their best they come across as authoritative. At their worst they may seem arrogant. There is an assuredness that can come off as pushy so it is important that knowledge they profess is first hand from reliable sources.

Dealers
Dealers tend to be more singularly focused than the other types. They are numbers people and instinctively look for the most bang for the buck in nearly every situation. In certain professions this can be a great asset. In others it can be too narrow minded to achieve the best results.

Relatables
Realtables work with emotions like a painter works with paint. They are very friendly, putting others at ease because they are genuine and truly care about others. In certain professions this can be a great asset in that others gravitate towards relatables naturally. Relatables must always be on guard for getting too emotionally connected to toxic people or situations. They often find you and because of your accommodating nature you usually have a hard time getting away from them.
